I was fortunate enough to find buildtech to build our Retina Surgery Center.  Surgery centers are extremely complicated projects with vast amounts of regulatory requirements.  Buildtech seamlessly partnered with our architect on the design side to ensure a smooth build process. Most importantly, they were on time and under budget.

Inspections by state agencies and credentialling organizations were smooth, without any revisions needed at all.  Every inspection and tour always ended with superlatives and compliments on the design and quality of the buildout.  We never had a challenge that Buildtech did not quickly and effortlessly resolve.  Their coordination with the design team and regulatory team was harmonious and efficient.  I would recommend them without reservation and in fact have used them again subsequently.
