Build Tech Commercial Development created a build out of a 8,000 sq. ft. dermatologist's office with a Mohs skin cancer surgery facility inside. Mohs surgery is a precise technique for treating skin cancer, and the facility needs to support both the procedural aspects and prioritizes patient care, staff efficiency, and compliance with medical standards all in one. This high-tech facility includes a Mohs lab, pathology lab, surgery rooms, exam rooms, and doctor’s offices.
