Build Tech Commercial Development delivered a 4,857 sq. ft. retina surgical center which required a specialized focus on the unique needs of patients undergoing retina-related procedures. We built an operating room, clean room, dirty room, nurse stations, pre-OP area and post-OP area all to comply with the Illinois Department of Public Health’s (IDPH) regulations. This retina surgical center will provide specialized, high-quality care for patients with retinal conditions while fostering a supportive and accessible environment.
